        Their main product is the AskED product.  This product runs on a Palm, Pocket PC, or larger device.  It basically functions as an "Expert System" for pollworkers. This device is provided to pollworkers so they can deal with all the various scenarios that arise.  Instead of producing a large complicate manual for your pollworkers, you can simply program these devices and get the answers you need.  It also allows playing of video, and audio.   See a sample screen below:
