Maximus is a large systems developer that provides custom solutions for government (such as HIPPA, homeland security, etc.) They typically provide act as a prime contractor partnering with an voter registration firm. Maximus would provide bid answering, project management, funding, etc. for those partnerships. At present, I don't think that Maximus is actively involved in the election business or has ongoing projects, but they have partnered or announced partnerships in the past.
