QUICK REVIEW:
Quest Info. Services has captured the Indiana statewide voter database (their home state). In addition, they have now added Virginia with an agreement with Unisys. Their product is called "FirstTuesday" and you can find product literature and a Whitepaper listed below. During the first trial runs (March 2006) the system crashed and experienced a great deal of difficulty. However, by the summer of 2006 all counties are up and running.
