QUICK REVIEW

        Saber is an Oregon systems consulting firm that took its home state.  Its first VR project was the state of Oregon.  Since then they have added Missouri (with Maximus), Mississippi, Iowa, Maryland and Montana.    Saber has a website devoted to the Electus product.  Click Here to visit that site.  

Saber also recently purchased the systems developed by Covansys and retained the Covansys developers (mostly in Columbus Ohio).  Saber will certainly have its hands full managing two types of systems developed in different environments.  But clearly Saber has become the leader in HAVA statewide voter registrations database systems.

Saber is also taking a leadership issue on the question of identity matching with its new product called, "Duplicate Voter Exchange".  It allows cross checking within states as well as between states, and between states with clear issues (Such as NY and FLA).
