QUICK REVIEW:

    VoterFiler allows voters to use the internet to make "selections" (not votes) and print out a paper ballot (with a verification bar code).  A voter can make and print as many ballots as they like.  In this system, the traditional election days are still held, and only the ballot that is returned to the precinct (voting location) on election day becomes a VOTE.  The pollworker merely swipes the bar code to verify and record that ballot as a vote.  This is a new concept in the election industry and one that should be looked at carefully.
